Each and every workout here at Hoops Bootcamp & Fitness combines an element of High Intensity Interval Training, exercise combining, as well as active recovery periods to give you the best possible workout and twice the fat burning effect of any other exercise program. Best of all each 30 minute workout is unique, high energy, and coached by our certified personal training team to keep you accountable, motivated, and on track with your fitness goals.
Seniors need fitness too. These awesome classes are designed for active adults 55 or older and any fitness level. We focus on Functional Training, including strength building, increasing endurance, improving balance and overall fitness. Our trainers are experience with training Seniors and providing a fun, challenging, safe environment to help you reach fitness levels you never thought possible.
At Hoops Bootcamp & Fitness our goal is to provide a great alternative to the Box Gym experience. We provide Personal Training at a much more affordable cost. Our 30 minute workouts are designed to get the most out your allotted workout time. Plus they are just as effective as your hour "workouts" in the Box Gym.
